The EX63 produces high density bales of corrugated, paper, aluminum cans, tin cans, newspaper, PET, HDPE, textiles, and other recyclables. Full bale eject after each bale eliminates cross-contamiation when switching material grades.  Reduces labor costs over 75% compared to vertial balers.

A larger version of our EX63, the Excel EX63F is an excellent choice for a wide variety of foam and extra large corrgated.  The huge 54" x 70" charge opening handles these difficult materials with ease.  Extra heavy duty retainer dogs prevent material spring back.  This maximizes baling efficiency and bale density.

The 2R63 offers an fully automated baling solution for a wide range of materials at an affordable price.  It is the smallest two ram/automtic tie baler on the market, but has big capabilties.  Bales corrugated, paper, plastics, cans, and more.  A wide range of loading options including pit style or above ground belt feed or hydraulic tipper.  Requires minimal power and floor space.

Excel Two Ram Balers - Feature seamless interocking plate frame and cylinder mounts for virtually indestructible construction.  Fully automated control program for accurate bale sizing on each material.  Bale non-ferrous scrap metals, corrugated, paper, plastics, cans, solid waste, and more.  Automatic bale sizing, shear jam correction, and wire tying.

Single ram closed door balers are available in extra large feed openings that make them excellent choices for the largest corrugated cardboard.  2,000# bales weights minimize labor costs over smaller horizontal balers.  Small feed opening models provide an economical option for baling shredded paper and trim waste.

Single Ram/Open End Auto Tie Balers - A wide ranges of sized available for totally automated baling of corrugated, paper, textiles, and more.  High pressure hydraulics minimizes electrical costs while maximizing bale density and speed.  Special no-shear options available for textile baling.
